Mitigating Factors
Mitigating Factors is the debut of Markus Flanagans. It's a story
about the death penalty. A true story at that. The lead is on
death row on the last day of his appeal and the rest of the story
tells how he got there. Only to find out it was a accident but
due to an overzealous governor he's being dealt with unfairly.
